A quick sketch from my notebook on what a Turkish sushi roll would look like: in English, it means you’d have grilled chicken, pickles, parsley & cucumbers in the center, then with buttery rice or bulgur as the buffer, and then the roll’s exterior from either grape leaves or very very thin sheets of wheat bread as the exterior.
And for dipping — pepper spread, pomegranate vinegar, and of course, lemon juice.
This shouldn’t be so difficult to actually make — and plenty of other recipes & remixes are possible too…
