My Safe Mathare team is planning out a series of interviews + needs-finding with women in the Mathare Valley slum of Nairobi, about their safety concerns + commutes. After some initial pushback on straight interview questions, like “Do you feel safe commuting”, we thought we’d put together some storyboards. During the interview, the women would be presented with the little stories, then asked what advice they’d give to the woman in the story.
