I was rooting around the Strand Bookstore last month and encountered their Tote Bag design contest. I was inspired (though inspired too late to enter into the contest before it ended last month) and started drawing Illiterate Book Uses! I was thinking maybe to make a tote out of it for myself, to taunt all the librarians around Pittsburgh — eyes on you, Lucy!
